I am an experienced learning and development professional most passionately focused on achieving results through proven methods of program design, content development, increased engagement and a learner centric mindset. I studied Communications at Florida State University and began my training career in 2015. I have since acquired education in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Principles, blended learning programs, content development, e-learning, presentation effectiveness, facilitation techniques, and training evaluation. My experience includes but is not limited to people development and internal promotion pathways; creation, implementation, and execution of training programs; LMS development and management; training department growth; brand standard controls; profit optimization, and operations management. I am proficient in Microsoft suite, Adobe suite, and Articulate 360. If there is anything else you need me to learn, no problem, just ask! I am self-taught and always up for a challenge!
